Terms of service

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use VERIS for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for users, configurations, provider accounts, and activity under your workspace.

VERIS helps customers manage AI Applications, providers, requests, costs, routing, and optimization. Features may evolve. Preview or beta functionality may change or be withdrawn and should not be used as the sole control for critical decisions without independent validation.

You may not use VERIS to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, evade provider safeguards, disrupt the service, probe systems without authorization, or attempt to access another customer's data. You must follow the terms of each AI provider you connect.

You retain rights in data you submit. You grant Recrucial AB the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You instruct VERIS to transmit request data to the providers and models you configure. Provider outputs can be inaccurate and must be reviewed for your use case.

Plan limits and prices are shown at purchase. The Team plan may include one 14-day trial per eligible organization and requires a payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription starts automatically. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply. Changes, credits, and refunds are handled as described at checkout or required by law.

Each party will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and promptly reporting suspected compromise. Our current security practices and shared-responsibility boundaries are described on the Security page.

You may cancel a subscription through billing controls. We may suspend access to address security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, or material breach, using notice where reasonably possible. On termination, access ends and data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy and legal retention duties.

VERIS is provided with reasonable care, but the service and AI provider outputs are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Recrucial AB's aggregate liability arising from VERIS is limited to fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in your country. Courts in Sweden have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact legal@veris.digital with legal questions.

We will date updated terms and provide reasonable notice of material changes. If you do not agree, you may stop using VERIS and cancel before the change takes effect.
